Introspection: Examining Our Inner Selves

Introspection is the process of examining our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, and exploring how they impact our behaviors and interactions with others. It can help us identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that may be holding us back and develop new ways of thinking and being that are more aligned with our values and goals. Compassionate Self-Care: Treating Ourselves with Kindness
